WHY YES! YES IT IS A CORGI!
Soooo... I decided to do a black-headed tricolor corgi (as opposed to a red-headed tri corgi or a red and white corgi) because you don't see black-headed tris as much in furry art (although, sadly, there's not enough corgis in general, in furry art), and plus, we used to have a black-headed tricolor corgi.
Wow... that background is obnoxious, like something out of a cheesy 80's/early 90's cartoon. Whatever possessed me to do that?
