Of course it's adorable, it's an otter! But wow, this is so otter! The character's expression of joy and wonder, that's what otterishness should always be about.
Such a contrast with the old song, though... -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsCdlX-5UjE

I know, right?!?!?! It's so otter this world!
And you are correct! *Gives a cookie* Personally, I prefer the version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yn3AJjuup3Q

I love that song, BTW, it's one of the few things I like of the Moody Blues after "Ride My See Saw." The version from "The War Of The Worlds" is even better, Richard Burton's narration is inspiring!
What do you think of the 2012 remake? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68nWaQvEfqk Liam Neeson did a more expressive turn as narrator than Burton's, I like it, but the production itself seems like more special effects than improved content to me. I mean sure, we can do better sound effects now than in 1978, but the way they were used in the remake, they distracted from the story instead of adding to it. That's what I think anyway.

I've liked a lot from them! I even liked some of their synthpop, which I've never been into elsewhere! Probably because they always have such emotion.
I have mixed thoughts on the 2012 version. Liam Neeson did ok as narrator, but his voice was often mixed too low and it could be hard to make out what he was saying. I like how some new music was added to what was already there as well as the expanded story and characterization. However, the singers were universally worse. "Forever Autumn" went from an emotional tearjerker to a song that used Auto Tune a lot which, in turn, detracted from the emotion. Parson Nathaniel didn't seem crazy enough (whose idea was it to have him played by a rapper?!) and Beth didn't seem as desperately hopeful as she was in the original and ended up just falling flat. Justin Hayward's voice has not decayed and he still sounds wonderful. He should have been asked to come back and re-record his lines instead of being replaced, especially by a singer from a British boy band who needed pitch correction software to get through his part. So, overall, there's some good things about it, but it comes down more to whether you think the expanded story and narration makes up for it's shortcomings.
