I gave SOOOOO many of these away to people at MFF this year, they were a huge hit!

For the Quantum you could use a tonic water iluminated with some black light =>http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17463087/
It stays drinkable right out of the bottle, all tonic water and bitter lemon got Quinine in it and this stuff is fluoresce. So it glows under uv or black light. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonic_water
