Hey everyone! It's been forever since I uploaded a thing here and you guys are all great and supportive and deserve more uploads. I promise more to come!
These are little imp guys I'mma use in a new series called "Stop Talking Start Laughing", wherein various characters who are either irritating, talk too much, or just flat out need a laugh will be snatched by these guys.
Also first shading practice so wheee
Who might also be receiving some tickles themselves. They look like they deserve it. >w>

Initiate: Lowest class of STSL members. It's a deciding time for them, as Initiates only have two paths; they either show promise and are eventually ranked up to being Officers, or they become practice tickle slaves for all STSL Initiates to practice on and for any higher up STSL members to torture in their spare time. Most members are Initiates, and Initiates often spend long periods of time before either ranking up to being Officers or down to being tickle slaves.
Officer: The first "official" rank, Officers are the field group leaders. They are always present in an operation, and no group of Initiates are allowed to carry out a mission without having at least one Officer supervise. Officers are often at least a little sadistic, and are ultimately who decides who receives a promotion and who is gonna spend the foreseeable future being bound and tickled.
Mage: Mages are one rank above Officers. Officers undergo training in the magical arts, and their aptitude is a deciding factor in whether or not they can achieve the rank of Mage. For this reason, most remain Officers, which is ultimately good for the system as a whole, since they don't engage in violent combat there isn't room for everyone to be promoted since there aren't any deaths along the chain of command aside from old age. While there are only five to six as many Initiates as there are Officers, there are nearly 20 times as many Officers as there are Mages. This exponentially smaller size continues as a trend for each higher rank in succession from lowest to highest. Mages oversee areas of operation, and at least one is present in any camp, settlement, or larger base of operations.
Though Mages continue to practice their magic for the chance to promote further, they are also quite active in the community, creating the mirage that hides any STSL settlement, as well as creating supplies from garbage and assisting in more difficult missions. The times when they're relaxing instead of working is often spent with suck-up Initiates or Officers pampering they're already partially-exposed feet.

So yeah, there's more ranks on this chain of command but I was too lazy to make more at the moment. The next picture will either be more of this or these lil guys getting their first victim of the series~
