I've tried my best to improve on this picture. I'd gotten so used to the old hair that the new version looks kind of weird, but I think it's an improvement. And my monitor is still too dark to be 100% sure that I've found and fixed all the errors in the darker parts of the image...
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
Please note: He's supposed to be ugly, creepy, emaciated, undead, pale, and uncomfortably 'realistic'.
Edit: Hair darkened and mellowed out a bit. He looked like a peroxide addict before. The blonde is supposed to be natural, the black eyebrows are not.

lol darwin, awesome job! I love how well you encorporated ratty features to him, especially the hand, it took me a while to notice 'cause it fits so well.. as for fixing anything in dark spots with your monitor, well I don't see anything that needs fixing but if you want to take a closer look I'd suggest possibly putting a filter layer over the whole image that brightens it so you can do what you'd like to do to the darker layers, then just delete the top layer when done.. photoshop can do it but I'm not sure what you're using :3 good stuff regardless!
