I came across a little eevee, all poofed out, yet he seemed calm and happy....
Perhaps he had poofed sometime earlier and hadn't been able to unpoof.
Maybe someone scared him and then sprayed him with hairspray, causing permanent poof. At least until he took a bath. Whatever the cause, I'm glad to have stumbled upon another critter who has has the magical ability of poof like me! >w<
