Sketch 29, Fran doesn’t enjoy windy days.

Pardon my absence for the last week; I’d been on vacation in New York. :)

So, I think this week will be Franiverse themed. Fan service may more than likely occur. I would have had this one posted sooner but I was asleep most of yesterday and drew this pretty late, so I figured I’d just post it once I was most of the way done with today’s sketch.
