Returning to my Arc Knights setting (been doing a lot of serious work getting this world ready - lots of fun!), here we see Ellie, now christened Dame Sahara as the newest member of the Arc Knight order. To those just joining us, the order is a group of battlemages that protect a fractured civilization spanning three moons above a planet wounded by war, ensuring that the horrors remaining on the planet's surface stay there, and that the mysteries of rogue magic among the distant stars remain at a safe distance.

Strype was another artist I selected to depict the young fennec vixen, as she has a wonderful eye for detail and armor. She added her own touch to Sahara's heavier combat harness, and even showed off her ARC Spear, the primary weapon of every Arc Knight. She looks splendidly gorgeous in this image as well, but I really like how Strype gave her an eye lens shaped like the Eye of Ra. Such a brilliant idea! It actually gave me a chance to give Sahara an interesting little quirk to explain why she hides one side of her face behind her bangs - she had lost that eye during her trials to become an Arc Knight, and was too far from proper medical care to restore it. Upon returning to civilization, it was too late to create a replacement (even with their magic, mages at this point still haven't nailed down the process of regrowing entire body parts, particularly those as sensitive and intricate as eyes) and there were no donors around. She opted for a cybernetic replacement, and fittingly, this was the final result.
