As said previous in my first picture of, Sky as a person I've always wanted a human character well before I became a pokefan, Dragonball Z became a big part in my childhood and I so badly wanted a character who could also become the legendary super saiyan yet not be so overpowered as said main characters of the show, I kept planning and thinking over my designs for, Sky until I decided on one and had it drawn out by the very talented and by far my favorite artist she's a very nice and very talented artist that I'm glad I've been able to commission from her, she helped in making, Sky become a visual character instead of one in thoughts~
