The dragon's name is "Goodra". It's a dragon-type Pokemon introduced in X and Y versions

Actually it's a Newdragun, Newfie's design that was meant to be not quite Goodra but didn't end up looking THAT different. The differences I've spotted so far are a round nose that's entirely purple (Goodra has a flat tip that's white above and purple below) and ears instead of the second set of antennae, also the tail doesn't have as much of a curl to it.

And no slime drips of course.
