Pretty sure she's always been a d-girl, unless Roy drew a few other very similar poodles with the same clothes/design.

After looking, yeah, there's another poodle girl, supposedly is a friend of Roy's OC that goes back and forth between girl and d-girl, 90% d-girl though

The original picture of her describes no gender in particular.
It could have been implied she was D-Girl but based on how Roy was doing the OC Octoberfest, Linda was posted as a female

Well I replied to myself with what I found, but I know one of the original captions was something like "please stop saying my purse is shaped like genitalia, it's embarrassing" or something to that effect, so it kinda was implied, knowing Roy anyway, and I mean if you check his Tumblr for the new drawings of Linda, purse pretty much looks exactly like her genitalia, heh.
