I've got it! The PERFECT solution that'll be a win-win fer everyone!
Giant crab stays, gets the Rough House fer it's shell... all the tenants stay... they get a new roomie who'll make their place inta both a mobile home an a tourists attraction... The Rough House changes it's name... helps them avoid taxes which they probably would've had trouble payin'...The Rough House changes it's name ta the PERFECT name fer it's newest tenant an tourist attraction... THE HERMITAGE!
...added bonus: giant werewolf gets buried once again by The Gneech under a pile of thrown objects! :P
