I figured it somewhat matches up, them being creatures of the night and Call Centers here in the Philippines usually being active at night to match the cient country's time zone.]

That and its usualy cold at the job so no one would suspect why Karina always wear long sleeved shirts or sweaters. [she uses it to hide her fuzzy ness.] Also, the incredibly influential smoking culture among cal center agents serves to hide Karina's chain smoking description as well.
