she’s a Rat Candies who owns a toy workshop outside of owel and makes toys that kids and adults alike can play with. the condition for this however is the player must be a nice person!!! mean people cannot make her toys work. think of it as a punishment!
kids love her, and on every winter she goes outside along with her assistants to give away toys for poor kids and people who cannot afford them.
