It has been YEARS since I last used paint of any kind, so I decided to give neon watercolors a try. O.M.G. I love them!
Not all the extra materials I used showed up in the scan, but besides watercolor, I also used colored pencil (her skin), nail polish, glitter pens, rhinestones, and white gel pen.
The original is for sale and it comes already matted and framed :D
