Just finished restoring the insides of this cute dansette from the 60's.
Great fun piece of history.
Sorry for pic being landscape.

A lot of my 60's 45's were harvested from wurli and other juke boxes, and a lot were mono, my mom had one of those box players in tweed, I remember the tonearm had a 33 1/3 styli that could be flipped for 78 rpm records as well, it unfortunately stopped working, amp failure.
Always nice to see other record collectors on here, a nice overlap of hobbies, I collect old Hi Fi gear too

Yeah I have about 200 45's of just 60's music. But the grooves have a different cut in them meaning they sound louder when played on a mono cartridge, which my dansette has, sound is pretty good. Its not high fidelity but has a 'warmness' about it. But yeah I also have the flip for 78's but I really only play 78's on my wind up box gramophone haha
I collect most things 'retro' but music is my speciality.
