A fun character commission by the wonderful  fufology

This is one of a series of pieces commissioned for my character Evelyn Silvers, who is partially a sort of 'spin-off' character from Beatrix Durand after going off on a bunch of fun writing exercises circling 'classic Hollywood'; essentially, Evelyn is the actress who portrays Beatrix in a number of roles--but has also been in a variety of other period films and the like.
