really. feeding him makes him very docile. and as for the harnest they actuay do have to transform into reindeer to drive the sleigh

normaly no to keep the distinction of what they like their bodies to look and what it needs to look like to get things going, that being said he's a fatass in both forms cause he does steal those sweets during the yearly run
