The 497th Aquatic Assault Battalion also known as the 'Demons of the Abyss' are led by Jedi General Tia Ca'fa and Clone Commander Dragonshark (CC-7398). The 497th have seen action on Mon Calamari (Dac), Ando and Kamino, among other water covered planets. On Naboo, they helped to defend the Gungan cities from Separatist incursion. Tia Ca'fa is a female member of an aquatic species known as Otteranians.
