Isn't it always for artists? I really suggest the anatomy books, "Atlas of the Human Body" by Stephen Peck. It's REALLY intense, Grey's Anatomy for artists. http://www.amazon.com/Atlas-Human-A...../dp/0195010205 and Force: Dynamic Life Drawing for Animators. http://www.amazon.com/Force-Dynamic-Drawing-Animators-Second/dp/0240808452/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1230915144&sr=1-1 THAT has been my bible for a while, hope this was helpful rather than condescending since I..personally me. I suck more. :L
I actually still own Force, but apparently I forgot to bring "Atlas of the Human Body" with me when I moved. Ah well. :V
Force is actually one of my favorite art books at the moment, along with Cartoon Animation by Preston Blair and Dynamic Figure Drawing by Burne Hogarth. In the case of this submission I was using "How to Draw The Human Figure" by Famous Artist School, which is like the practical approach to figure drawing, and its really easy to understand.
Glenn Vilppu's lecture videos are also highly recommended, tho I still need to get the rest of them.

I hate muscles, they are disgusting, and most of them do not show when you have skin on, leaving me to wonder why everybody obsesses over getting them right.
Unless you're drawing Mighty Kongman or a dude getting torn in half by a grizzly bear, either of which is awesome, you don't need to memorize exactly what every tendon and muscle looks like.
With this in mind I can't really critique your muscle drawings since I don't pay any attention to what most of them look like anyway
