Pic inspired by my days playing (or at least collecting) Rifts from Palladium Games. Designed origianlly by using the TMNT books, and then porting the character over into a RIFTS setting. Is basically a heavily modified mutant Velociraptor. Got some of the bio-upgrades from the Atlantis book, and a bunch of other stuff...i've forgotten just what this character was fully outfitted with...anyway, was done almost completely in an early edition of paint.
