So I've been wanting to do this piece for a while, and here it is.

The piece I'm doing is based off of a painting called "A Friend In Need", which was part of a set of 16 paintings called "Dogs playing poker", which, as the name implies, depicts dogs playing poker. The paintings were painted in 1903 by C. M. Coolidge, and were commissioned by Brown and Biglow to advertise cigars, but the paintings became iconic american artwork.

I always found these pieces neat, so being a furry artist, I wanted to redraw it myself, but I needed some subjects.

So. Free shit for days.



RULES

Right away, in order to enter, you must have a feral canid character that can be used. If you do not have a feral, I could always attempt to feralize an anthro character, but it is preferred that you have a premade feral.

Vulpines and Hyaeninae are also allowed.

You may only have one entry per person.

The auction will end on the 25th of December, and I will comment with a number if everything's in order, and then use a random number generator to choose the winners.
