Profile: Aldo Avogadro was born to a working class family along the shores of Sicily. His family came from a very poor background, and always struggled to make ends meet. When he was only six years old, young Aldo displayed an intellect that was almost impossible to measure, comprehending advanced mathematics when most were learning their ABC's. Aldo's father wanted to make sure that his genius son didn't grow up to be a subsistence fisherman for the rest of his life. He did everything he could to promote his son to the Universities in Rome. After a few years, young Avogadro found himself in one of the most prestigious schools in Italy at the young age of 13. However, the other students made it painfully clear that Aldo came from a poor family. Even though he was the best student in the school, none of his peers respected him.

After graduating with multiple PhD's by the age of 17, Aldo's resentment soon found itself focused on the scientific community. Aldo had big dreams and big plans for the world with his scientific genius. He hated the rules and regulations he found himself consumed by. He knew he could change the world, but the weak minds in the halls of power refused to let him do so. He grew to hate those in power, and soon found himself ostracized by his colleagues. Aldo had all the classic signs of a sociopath, lacking empathy in others, and a belief that he was superior to all the so-called scientists of his day.

His life changed in the spring of 1908. At the age of 26, he received a message from a mysterious benefactor, promising him access to wondrous technology and free reign to do with it as he pleased. Aldo was skeptical, but intrigued at the same time. The message turned out to be from Goddard Kane, presumed dead since a failed expedition to South America in 1901. And the technology that Kane was offering was beyond anything Aldo had ever seen before. Incredibly advanced, and obviously not of Earth design. That was all it took for Aldo Avogadro to join Goddard Kane's army. After eight years of painstaking work, Aldo was able to give Goddard Kane the technological edge he needed to launch his worldwide attack in December of 1916.

Ever since Goddard Kane was defeated in 1918, Aldo has not been idle. He continues his work for the organization, carrying out scientific experiments beyond the understanding of most on Earth. From body alteration and augmentation, to advanced weapons and armor, Aldo churns out scientific wizardry at a breakneck speed. He also lacks the moral imperative to use caution and humane treatment to test subjects. As far as he is concerned, everything he does is for the greater good.
