I thought it was about time I did a remake of my very first Pokémon fusion in my digital watercolor style (I had no idea what I was doing back then xD). I'm a bit nostalgic about that one because I love it so much <3 I might decide to not sell it anymore so if you want it now is the time before I decide if I keep it xD It's bae *o*

If you want to purchase an adoptable, you will get character rights!
The Pokémon used in a fusion belong to ©Gamefreak / Nintendo
When you adopt a fusion you get the rights to the character :) However, keep in mind that Pokémon can be fused by anybody so adopting one doesn’t mean you now own the right to fuse the said Pokémon, it means you get the right to the design I created.
You may:
- Change the colors, patterns, markings, designs, whatever, as long as it's minor changes (Please make sure to get any changes confirmed by me!)
- Give its own personal story and even change its name and gender if you feel like it.
- Re-sell it but for the same price OR lower than the price you paid only. I also don't mind if you give it or trade it to someone else (make sure you ask me BEFORE doing anything)
- You are allowed to turn it into a human or anthro, roleplay with it, make stories, etc (send these to me, I love to see you guys originality with these ;3)
- ALWAYS give credits to me for the original design (mention, icon, link,etc)
You may NOT:
- Resell it for higher than the price you paid.
- Trade/give/re-sell or change the design without telling me first (don't be scared of telling me you're trading your little fellow! I simply want to know where my adoptables are)

Well my terms and conditions are mostly applicable on my original species ^^ I do not consider this character as a member of any Specie tho since it's unique :o however it's not a Pokemon by itself so it's design still completely belongs to me :) (unless adopted of course)

I understand you're just trying to make a small profit , or maybe it's just for fun. But don't claim that people have to buy "your" concept to be able to use it.
After all, it's not very original. So to anyone reading this, I mean no offense to the artist, it's a great piece. I just want others to be informed that they are more than welcomed to use this concept all on their own.

Absol+Ninetales is not a new fusion at all and has been made by many artists (even some of my friends made some). I understand that when I drew my first one it was made based on a concept a fan sent me a bit more than a year ago, but even they they are not exactly the same. The only reason I'm making my fusions adoptable is because I'm getting tons of messages everyday from people asking to buy my artwork and I'm pretty sure people understand that they are based on actual Pokemon, not created from nothing . I do have some adoptable rules in the description but they mostly apply to my original Specie adoptable since they talk a lot about species and not fusions. So yes people are completely free to draw fusions, even this one if they want to since the base Pokemon belong to Nintendo / Gamefreak, BUT this artwork has all its rights reserved to me since the creature itself wasn't made by gamefreak, it was just inspired by some of their monsters. (it would be like saying all yellow electric mice or orange fire lizards should belong to gamefreak.)
I was first hesitating in selling my fusions since pretty much everybody can make them, so see it as you please but to me I'm more selling the actual artwork than the design itself.
