He is the most complex character in Undertale, IMO, because he's the only high-functioning amalgam. His soul is stitched of real Asriel and absorbed Chara, plus after death it was badly handled by still learning Alphys. It takes a lot of energy and effort to rip out real Asriel from that stitched soul, and yet only for a limited time.

So... is there any true hope that could allow Asriel to exist once more (no doubt it would take something with outstanding power to do so) as his own being again? ...I keep hoping and wishing there was some way it could happen, even though I know such odds of that is so unimaginable and impossible...

Only if Toby Fox wants to make a sequel to Undertale. But I'm afraid the story's pretty much wrapped up.

Yeah. I mean... I mean... even though the game itself was a surefire awesome success, it has potential to be continued. I strongly feel there can be a sequel... although... if Toby Fox doesn't I can understand <:3
