The CP Raptor was a limited-time-only promotional giveaway as part of Content Paradise's first-anniversary celebration back in 2006. I'm not sure whether it's still available, even for purchase. It doesn't turn up in any searches.

And in case anyone's curious ... yes, in Owen's universe, there actually is a market for something like "Purina Raptor Chow". People there have been cloning / engineering dinos for years, though it's usually a closely-regulated process, especially with the predatory species.
