A snow drake!
Soft, pudgy.
Can form and mold snow in a wide variety of ways. (Hard spheres to toss, a snowboard to get around, etc).
His large hands make it easy to shape the snow.
His feet are big and pudgy, very sensitive.
His horn is orange from being a seal of his power.
His biggest hobby is creating snow sculptures.
He's jolly and kind-hearted, likes attention.
