I cleaned them up and did all the digital work. Finally something that answers all the common questions pretty fast!
Also take note of my SUPER CREATIVE TOTALLY DIFFERENT names for each character! XD
At the moment, both suits share a tail made by Sharpe19 but I didn't show anything here because I've got another tail by shagpoke on the way and I'm not sure which suit will get which tail.
edit: As it turns out, I ordered 2 (duplicate) tails from Shagpoke so both suits will be getting them.
Are all the fursuits in your gallery yours?
Unless marked otherwise, yes. However, I do not own most of the suits anymore. Only the ones in my ID pictured above are the ones I currently own.
Is the husky your fursona?
Not in the traditional sense. But considering it's my favorite fursuit, I won't argue if you want to think that. I do not have a fursona.
Why do you have two of the same head?
The head on the left is the "necomimi husky," it is built on a necomimi brain wave cat ears headband. The ears move. It's a resin head, slightly more realistic, and has a very responsive jaw. The husky on the right is the "toony husky," with blue eyes, toonier look, foam base, and non-articulate jaw. Both heads are made by Sharpe19. The toony husky came first. After much wear and tear, instead of repairing it I was going to destroy it. That's why the necomimi husky was created-- to replace the toony one.
Then a long story later I got the toony repaired anyway and now I own both.
Why do/did you have so many fursuits?
I like costumes. I bought a lot of them. My living situation isn't so great and I travel a lot. Storing all the suits became a huge hassle. I've downsized a lot and now only own the huskies. Unless I stop traveling, I probably won't be buying any more fursuits.
Do you go to any cons/outings?
At the moment and for the immediate forseeable future (2017), no. I used to be active with Hawaii-things but it got to be too hot so I stopped. I've since moved to Upstate NY and have yet to settle into my new home, so haven't had the opportunity to try and be active again.
I am not very active in the furry fandom itself, generally-- I only fursuit because I like costuming.
