Since we finally got some snow here I felt like doing a little photography in memory of my dog Buttercup, who died in her sleep three years ago today.

Memento Mori is Latin for "remember that you will die" or "remember the dead", which also happens to be the motto on my family coat of arms. I figured it was fitting. :)

Also, just for clarification I did not make the dachshund sculpt. It was given to me by my grandma when I was five, shortly after we had just gotten Buttercup.
