She seems like my kind of character. This cruel looking, sneaky, cut-throat person that ain't afraid to dress nice while being badass c: Her dress' little details took me FOREVER. This one undoubtedly took the most amount of time out of the character group I've drawn. Not to say I don't think the time spent was worth it, I love how Jasmine here came out. This is the last one in the batch of characters from the table top RPG.
