What a witch. She may own a hotel of sorts, but her attitude SUCKS. If I ever met a hotelier with HER attitude, I'd leave, and press charges against her, just to spite her. (Also because that sort of treatment is in fact illegal, and has been successfully prosecuted in most states in the US.)
It's called verbal abuse, and then there's the perfectly legal issue of keeping payment without rendering service on top of that... Believe that's called stealing.
BUT... on the flip side, "animals are not allowed" is perfectly legal... and these two are absolutely dead-set against speaking around anyone else...
