My little sweetheart, Gemma, came to visit me at the rehab center! MW brought her early this morning, and I was amazed at how well behaved she was. It does a Papa proud when he sees that his kid can behave herself among humans. Everybody seemed to enjoy her, and a lot of people petted her. There was one woman who was afraid of dogs and cats, so when we went over to the gym to show Gemma to Susan, my friend who is in charge of the gym, the woman went into a room and hid. Silly woman.

And now a note to  Tiptoe hey guy, I have lost about 55 pounds since last January. Now I'm doing a lot of barbell training and it's coming back as muscle. I want you to know that if I can do it at age 62 , you can do it too. I'm counting on you to best me, sir!
