Huh... Snowy owl and snow leopard griffin? working on getting a character sheet for such a creature. I have to say, though, that this rendition of the griffon's face is much superior compared to mine.
Also, the way you handled this image, the transformation looks reversible... as in, I couldn't tell if the start of the transition was on the right, or the left! Subtle bit of quality, there.
