A Dragon's Escape

Wings, lift me way up high,
Send me soaring into the sky.
Let me escape this painful place,
and leave behind no single trace
of the disgrace I've endured and to keep up my pace.

Keep me free and unencumbered,
and never again speak of how I've blundered.
I'll be on the tail of the sun,
once it's set, my time will come..
