Frank the Fennec fox has many interesting powers. He has the ability to manipulate magnetic fields and generate plasma, as well as generate a form of magnetized crystal. This crystal takes the form of strands (Almost like thin fiber-optic cable, except it glows gold). He manipulates these strands to contain the plasma he can conjure, for instance he could make a ball of plasma inside a hollow sphere of these strands, before chucking it at someone. He could also use the strands to focus the plasma and use that as a welder or cutter. Whenever he's using these powers the tattoo on his wrist shimmers gold. So in this piece, he's mid plasma bolt creation. Someone off screen must've threatened him!
