Here we have the leader behind the ‘nefarious’ Team Union. Sebastian Jay was an elderly scientist who managed to develop the way to turn humans into Pokemon hybrids, and accidentally became the first test subject.

Turned into a PorygonZ, and finding himself a bit younger than he used to be, Sebastian’s mind suffered slightly from this. The glitched nature of a PorygonZ was also carried over, and soon his mind came to the conclusion that everybody in the world would benefit from becoming Pokemon-Human hybrids to allow for better connection with Pokemon.

Sebastian is fond of the color purple, and may have a… bit of an odd taste in fashion. If you can even call it that.
