Silly question...How do you go about doing these studies, just look up a bunch of images on Google and sketching from those? Or do you have other means?

For this one and the hyena one I had a ton of photos I had taken at the zoo and of a deer leg, but supplemented with images from google and anatomical diagrams from online and some books I have. :]
