Not sure if I've heard of that before entirely. Schrodinger's Cat, (idk how to do that special o ), sounds familiar but I'm not sure where I heard it, nor exactly what branch of science it belongs to; surely not psychology.
And yeah that multiverse idea would fit in this case since normally Kammy doesn't like being a puppy. Who knows, maybe this Kammy was one that never quite came into such in-depth or intimate and prolonged contact with the FOY.

It's not about an actual cat, that's the point.
It's about a subatomic particle, which behaves very differently from the cats we're familiar with.
Though the question of possibilities is more of the many-worlds ("Copenhagen") interpretation of quantum mechanics, which says "if something could go heads or tails, it does both in different universes".

Dear Santa...
I have been a very good cub this year.
Despite all the flying BS that got flung on me over the course of the year, I haven't killed, maimed, bludgeoned or eaten anybody.
At least nobody I knew.
May I have a second childhood, too...pretty, pretty please?
Love

That is 100% logical, since you don't to lose the knowledge and experience that make you you, but the sad truth is that part of what made childhood beautiful was that innocent wonder we felt in the sheltered universe of our family, ignorant of things that you'd never tell a child exist.
