Evan went to meet his sister at her ballet practice. While there, his sister was the target of some Pokemorph Catalyst, but he managed to get in the way of it and became a victim, turning into a Kirlia-boy.

Being a Kirlia Pokemorph, Evan’s skirt is made out of alpha keratin, which is the same substance that hair, fingernails, and horns are derived from. Due to this, he is able to cut his skirt without much problem.

However, he can only cut his skirt and pigtails to a certain extent before it starts to make him feel awkward and uncomfortable. His skirt and hair can also grow rather quickly as well, and could easily end up as a full ground-length skirt if he doesn’t deal with it.
