Finally got around to doing a bit more work on this tail. Previously, I showed the tail just hanging off a foam structure I made to help me get a pattern for it. Now that I added the underside white and an end piece, I was able to test it out with some stuffing. I already knew the stuffing was going to balloon the tail out a little, I just wasn't sure by how much before doing the final touches to it.

It actually looks a little better than I originally planned, the stuffing gives it that soft rounded look which adds to it. Not to mention, 'oh-gawds, the whole thing is so extra squishy now too, very plush like'!

The test stuffing also showed that I'll need something inside to help keep the tail up. The stuffing is actually a bit too soft, causing the tail ripple around the base bottom as it droops.
