No worries. :) I use copic markers and colored pencils mainly, and some white gel pen for the little things like snowflakes or stars or adding shine to stuff. Copic markers are super smooth and they blend really well, that's why you don't see a lot of streaking. (There are artists who can color more smoothly than me with with those things, I'm just impatient. lol)
I don't do much after scanning other than adjusting the levels just a bit to make the picture a bit darker. What you see is more or less what I scan, though sometimes moniter settings can throw stuff off a bit.
