Pinks Cats

A cat skull with little pink phantom cats crawling all over it. Currently on display at the Rouge Noir until the end of the month with 13 other people. It's kind of a final for the class I took. Done with ball point pen (Zebra F-402 black), magenta acrylic paint and prisma colored pencils.

haha, the cats are so random. I love this. i think it'd look better if the phantom kitties cast shadows or something so it looks more like they're -on- the skull, but i'm still faving it.~

I was thinking of adding shadows but decided to leave it alone for fear of destroying hours pen work ^^' When I get tired of looking at it I will probably re-work it and keep that in mind :3

I understand the angst of ballpoint, I work in it all the time. XD But sometimes, even despite the risk of despair and agony, that's what -makes- the piece~!
