Hootie~

It's a 1996 Legacy Brighton wagon with 150k on the 2.2L. When I got it, it was heavily neglected, it had no throttle response and lazily got moving, the brakes were down right dangerous being that the pedal went right to the floor and it cooked the brakes almost immediately. The power steering reluctantly worked, most of the electronics didn't work, the paint was dry and dull, it shook and rattled, all the struts were blown, one of the spark plugs had stripped threads and the semi bald tires randomly gripped patches of road which made it a bear to wrangle in a straight line.
I've had it 2 years now and and almost everything has been removed, cleaned and repaired/replaced so besides the TLC to get it road worthy, it's had the following bolt ons/improvements or changes;
LL Bean H6 16in Rims wrapped BFGoodrich A/Ts

R180 Diff swap and front diff rebuild, both with 4.11 gear ratios

6 point engine bay grounding kit

Grimmspeed lightweight crank pulley

Password JDM Billet battery tie down

19mm front and 18mm rear sway bars with Whiteline polyurethane links and bushings

Hella Supertone horns (not yet installed)

Hybrid short ram intake with stock airbox and K&N Filter

JDM Projector headlights with 6000K HIDs

Projector fog lights with yellow LED bulbs

Roof and spoiler wrapped in black vinyl, door trim wrapped in white vinyl

Black interior swap with custom wrapped black leather door cards

All interior and most exterior lights replaced with LEDs (Not the cheap ebay ones too!)

Blue instrument panel conversion with LEDS

WRX front 2 piston calipers on 10.5in EBC rotors and pads

Custom made 2.25 cat back with Flowmaster super 44 muffler and Hooker tip (Pictures preceded install)

NGK Magnetic wires and Laser iridium plugs

Rally Armor mudflaps

Rear Spoiler ($20 from local junkyard! &#X1f603)

Kenwood Head unit with Kenwood speakers and tweeters (not yet installed)

Foam insulation in doors and generic dynamat covering the floor and side panels

Stabilization/sway bar installed under rear seat (Factory option)
