Oh geez, that sounds a lot like the email didn't come through correctly or something similar happened - my husband manages those, so probably the KS stuff got in the way! Please email floraverse[at]gmail.com with your order info so we can send it out again and make sure it gets to you this time!
Got my copy the other day! huge book with super great quality and rereading through it I noticed all the little subtle changes like the hints towards Itchy Itchy / Broken Toy / Try Try Again during Cress' fall into Hellside (which I'm pretty sure weren't in the original pages? gotta look back on those now).
