New character!

I absolutely love her little beads and scarf.
I haven't decided if she's just a chibi, or if she's actually this small.
If she remains this size she'll probably be about 3' tall, but if I give her a less cutesy form she'd probably be a more normal height.

She also has pouches underneath the single finger on each wing she has that she can store things in.
Think of them like convenient little pockets for food and potentially maybe hatching/warming eggs.

Name suggestions would be appreciated. <3
