An Important Announcement Regarding the Future of the Werewolf Calendar
To everyone who purchased, supported, or contributed to the Werewolf Calendar over the past 9 years, we offer our sincerest of thanks. It’s because of you that this labor of love has been able to continue for so long, far beyond our wildest expectations. We hope that you have enjoyed the years of quality werewolf art we’ve had the honor to share with you, our wonderful community.
However, we do have some sad news regarding the future of the Werewolf Calendar. After 9 straight years and careful consideration, it is with a heavy heart that we say that 2016 will be the last year of the Werewolf Calendar for the foreseeable future. Due to the changing and unavoidable life circumstances of the managerial staff, we simply lack the time and resources to continue this labor of love for another year.
We are deeply sorry for any disappointment this may cause, and believe us when we say that we share in the sentiment. It has been an amazing ride, and one we couldn’t have accomplished without your dedicated support.
We will be making all remaining stock available for purchase on our site as collector’s items, including past calendars, stickers, bookmarks, and magnets. If there is any chance of related projects in the future, we will be sure to post updates.
Thank you letting us into your lives, hearts, and homes for nearly a full decade, making the Werewolf Calendar something we never dreamed possible nine years ago. It’s because of you we’ve been able to come this far, and for that we will always be grateful.

However, as I suggested to someone below, we have the archive of images and list of artists on the site, if you see any individual images you like you could reach out to the artists themselves to see if they offer prints! Not the same, I know, but hopefully a compromise :)
This saddens me to hear, but you need to do what needs to be done. Life has a way of dictating things, and it's easy for the beneficiary of the hard work to complain about its cessation, not knowing all that goes on behind the scenes. I suppose all I can really do is hope that some day things can come back together and this project may some day return.
Thank you for understanding, this is exactly it. We know everyone is sad, and we are also very sad, but we also don't have anyone as a backup (offered or approached) that we have the built-up relationship with/experience to take on such a task. We've been thinking about this for awhile, and held on as long as we could.
Damn it's a shame to see this calendar go away. It is the one item I look forward to getting every year. Not to mention I have been looking to get the 2008 and 2009 calendars to add to what I already have and have come up with nothing. I really hop that I can get those years to make my collection complete.
Sadly the only issues we still have left are the ones we have listed on the site, as we're unable to reprint them without meeting a large minimum order. However, we do have the gallery of images up on the website, so hopefully the individual artists sell prints (or possibly have leftover stock themselves, never hurts to ask, right?)
No, thank-you for giving us 9 awesome years of werewolves. It was no inconvenience, I just missed out on the first two and regret it big time.
Might I suggest possibly doing a strictly limited edition run of all nine years of the calendar as a final fare thee well? I would definitely get me a set should something like that get done.

I got every calendars over the years, I don't think there is one that even comes near yours in quality. I'm sad but I also understand, it would be selfish not to. I'm glad it lasted as long as it did though and I shall enjoy every month of fine art this year again, as I have for the last years. Thank you for making this possible, thank you for regrouping such an amazing list of artists.
Kind of sad to see them go as I was hoping to join the lineup one day ^-^; ..I've created a new kind of werewolf, based entirely on evolution, and it'd have been a great addition I think.
All good things come to an end, and I think that it was great while it lasted! Thanks guys c:
