donnykatt of their new OC, Charlotte. As you might or might not be able to tell, she's kind of designed to look like a sister of Muffet from Undertale. She's very friendly, sophisticated, and tends not to be overly emotional. Care to join her for tea?

I'm actually really happy with how this one turned out! sometimes I absolutely HATE my shading and am constantly redoing it, but this time around, I felt pretty happy with it right away. Go me!
Ironically, the most trouble I had was coming up with a title. XD
