It's kinda of random, since most people do different swaps. Like sometimes they'll swap Papyrus and Sans with each other. Or Sans and alphys, and Papyrus and Undyne. Just some examples I've seen.
Unless you mean Underfell? Then Toriel, from what I've seen. She's more or so the same and wants to 'keep you safe', just I think like 900 times of crazy obessisive protection. But that's just what I've learned, I may not be right.
