Zircon is one of the more uncommon, valuable stones found in a wide variety of color. While there are look-a-likes, such as Blue Topaz, Zircon's color is a natural occurrence, where blue topaz is created by irradiating the hell out of a normal clear/white topaz. What this also means, naturally colored stones will obviously retain that color over many, many years, where treated and radiated stones are at risk of fading in color or becoming cloudy from exposure to the sun or elements. With the gem nerd talk aside, this stone speaks for itself, as it screams "Look at me! Im bluuuuuuuue!". Yep, I was just that uncreative.

Some, but its very, very rare, and theres soooooo much treated/radiated topaz on the market to where its difficult to determine whats true and what was 'helped'. Treated or not, most colored stones will hold their looks for a while, but some in particular such as Blue Diamond -really- catch the nasty stick after the first few years.

Admittedly, been having a very rocky past several years with intermittent internet availability as well as housing. >>;; Hoping sooner than later things fall into place to where the whole jewelry biz becomes a solid reality instead of just chasing a dream as I am now.
