After talking with some peeps, I have decided to also post the art I have done of Stardragons here as well <3
I keep seeing that Shining-Scales did not have an icon on his account. It has been driving me nuts XD So I decided to make him an icon using the Waitress Icon Base. Then I went one step further... What if I animated it? It is pretty much a basic blink and grin icon but the twinkle is adorable <3
